2013 JOHN DEERE 1770NT (Retrofit 2022)

2013 John Deere 1770NT with 2022 John Deere Exact Emerge retrofit. This was a complete retrofit and only has 5,663 acres on the rebuild. Hydraulic down force, Dawn GFX hydraulic row cleaners and fertilizer system all added new with the retrofit. Disc openers with cast machined hub and double bearing, tungsten carbide inner and outer disc opener scrappers all new before this spring. Updated to Case IH style disc closures followed by adjustable pitch v closing frames. Updated gauge wheels to 3" to stay withing row cleaners. Complete liquid system For in furrow application including John Blue ground drive piston pump, flow indicators, double filters, TeeJet variable rate nozzle bodies, Schaffer Y not split it seed firmers, 500 gallon tank with front or rear fill. 6- BF Goodrich IF320/70R15 tires for improved flotation, ride and durability installed 3 years ago showing very little wear. Downforce sensor PIP completed with all new T handle depth adjusters and related wiring. Updated to Seedstar 4 with connect mobile to use an Ipad as an additional monitor. Wired for globe to be mounted for implement guidance. Seed hoppers have been cleaned out and all lines blown out. Meters have been disassembled and cleaned. Will include corn, 2 sets of soybean and sorghum seed bulls. seed tubes have been disassembled and cleaned with tension removed from brush belts. Fertilizer system has been flushed thoroughly and winterized. Really well maintained unit with all the bells and whistles ready to go. This planter has always been local and well maintained.
