Pick up, Shipping, and Storage: -Buyers are responsible for shipping/freight charges from item location. Buyers assume item liability from the time payment is made and indemnify KDK Sales and Equipment, LLC if damage occurs during transport. Buyer will be charged a packing fee in addition to actual shipping cost for small items. -Shipping arrangements are the buyer’s responsibility. KDK Sales will assist in facilitating freight and we prefer to arrange shipping to ensure proper conveyance of purchased item(s). -Buyers who send improper or inadequate equipment for transport may incur additional loading fees at KDK Sales and Equipment, LLC's discretion. -Buyer must give a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to pick up. After-hours loading or extended loading times may incur additional fees. -Items left longer than 2 weeks after sale date will accrue a $25 per day storage fee unless the buyer makes special arrangements with KDK Sales. -Unless other arrangements have been specifically made or posted in the description, buyer is responsible for removal of dual wheels or any other prep work required for shipment. KDK Sales may facilitate such work and invoice buyer for such. Buyer is responsible for ascertaining such costs prior to bidding. -Items left longer than 8 weeks after sale date, with no special arrangements made and regardless of payment status, will be considered abandoned and will be re-sold with no reimbursements made or considered. KDK SALES AND EQUIPMENT, LLC MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM ANY SALE OR TRANSACTION. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
